Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

I am quite scared of spiders.
I tell people I just don’t like cobwebs on my head because you don’t know whether there’s a spider on your head or not.
But, I just saw a large spider on my wall, trapped it in a cup, and threw said cup out of the window.
Or I suppose I just might not like cups.
